What the tracker records
Four things people most often lose track of between appointments.
- Dose and dateEvery injection with its step, so a gap or a doubled entry is obvious rather than something you reconstruct from memory.
- Injection siteSite rotation logged per injection, with the previous site shown when you enter the next one.
- Pen and supply countHow many pens are left at your current step, and the date your supply runs out at the current interval.
- Weight and notesOptional weight entries and free-text notes, kept alongside the dose history rather than in a separate app.
Why weekly injections get missed
Three failure modes a tracker actually solves.
- Weekday drift. A dose taken a day late resets your mental anchor. After two or three shifts, most people cannot recall the true interval without a written record. The projector above works from your last logged injection rather than an assumed schedule.
- Step-up ambiguity. Labeled increases happen after at least four weeks at a step. Counting those weeks by memory is unreliable, especially across a dose change and a refill. The tracker counts from your logged entries.
- Supply surprises. Running out is a scheduling problem, not a math problem. It depends on your step, your interval, and what you have on hand. Peptide Plug forecasts the run-out date from your actual log. See the Vial Longevity Calculator for the underlying math.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Peptide Plug affiliated with Zepbound or its manufacturer?
No. Peptide Plug is an independent tracking tool. Zepbound is a registered trademark of its manufacturer, referenced here only to describe what the tracker is compatible with. We do not sell, supply or distribute any medication.
Does the tracker tell me when to increase my dose?
No. It records the steps you enter and counts how long you have been at your current step from your own entries. Whether and when to move between steps is a decision for you and your prescriber.
Can I log a dose I took late, or one I missed entirely?
Yes. Entries are dated, so a late dose is logged on the day it actually happened and a missed week stays visible as a gap rather than being smoothed over. The projector recalculates from your most recent real injection.
Does it track injection sites?
Yes. Each injection can carry a site, and the tracker shows your previous site when you log the next one so rotation is easy to keep track of. It does not tell you which site to use.
Can I track weight alongside doses?
Yes. Weight entries are optional and sit on the same timeline as your injections, so dose changes and weight entries can be read together rather than in two separate places.
What if I switch from Zepbound to something else?
The tracker handles more than one compound, so a switch is a new entry on the same timeline rather than a fresh start. Your previous history stays intact and readable.
How is my data handled?
Your entries are stored in your account and encrypted in transit. We don't sell them. They're shared only with the service providers that run the app (listed on the Privacy page), and one administrator can access account data for support. Any account can export a full JSON copy at any time (CSV exports of your log, inventory and cost forecast are part of Pro) or request a copy, and you can delete your account from Settings; the few records kept after deletion are listed on the Privacy page.
Do I need an account to use the tools on this page?
No. The dose schedule projector above and every calculator in the Tools section run in your browser with no account, and the values you type are not saved or sent by the tool (page analytics are described on the Privacy page). An account is only needed for the full tracker with saved history.
