Peptide Plug
Free Tirzepatide Tracker

Tirzepatide math, then the record of it.

Tirzepatide supplied as a vial puts the reconstitution arithmetic on you, and then asks you to reproduce the same draw every week for months. Peptide Plug holds the concentration once and turns it into a consistent syringe reading, a dose count and a run-out date.

Dose schedule projector

Enter your last injection date and current step. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.

Labeled titration steps

Steps from the labeled tirzepatide schedules, offered as tracker presets in 2.5 mg increments. The tracker records the step you enter; it does not select one for you.

Where tirzepatide tracking differs

Three things that are specific to this compound rather than generic GLP-1 advice.

What gets recorded

The vial and the doses drawn from it stay linked.

  1. Vial reconstitutionStrength, diluent volume and the resulting concentration, entered once per vial.
  2. Weekly dose and unitsThe step, the date, and the syringe reading that step produced at that concentration.
  3. Doses left and expiryA running dose count against the mixed-vial discard window, whichever ends the vial first.
  4. True cost per doseDerived from vial cost and actual yield at your current step, not an estimate typed into a spreadsheet.
Tracking tool only — not medical advice. Peptide Plug records what you enter. It does not recommend a dose, decide when you should move between steps, or evaluate whether a medication is right for you. The steps shown are the manufacturer's labeled titration schedule, included so the tracker can offer them as presets — your prescriber sets your actual schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Peptide Plug supply tirzepatide?
No. Peptide Plug is a tracking and organisation tool. We do not sell, source, supply or distribute any compound, and we do not link to vendors.
Why is my syringe reading different from someone else's at the same dose?
Because concentration and syringe rating both differ. The same milligram dose drawn from a differently reconstituted vial, or measured on a differently rated syringe, produces a different unit reading. Both are recorded per vial so yours stays consistent.
Can the tracker handle a 2.5 mg increment ladder?
Yes — all six labeled steps are available as presets, and weeks at each step are counted from your entries rather than assumed.
Does it track more than one compound at a time?
Yes. Multiple active cycles are supported on Pro, and the free tier covers one. Compounds share a timeline, so switching or overlapping protocols stay in one readable record.
Is cost per dose really different at each step?
Yes, and this is one of the most commonly miscalculated figures. A vial that yields many doses at a low step yields far fewer at a high one, so cost per dose rises as you escalate even though the vial price has not changed.
What is the difference between this and the GLP-1 Dose Calculator?
The calculator solves one draw at a time with no account. This page is about the persistent record — the vial, the concentration, the dose history and what remains.
Does the app give dosing advice?
No. It performs arithmetic on numbers you supply and stores what you enter. It does not recommend a dose, a step, a schedule or a product, and it is not a substitute for a prescriber.
How is my data stored?
In your account, encrypted in transit, never sold or shared with third parties. Full JSON and CSV export and outright account deletion are both available to you.
