Where tirzepatide tracking differs
Three things that are specific to this compound rather than generic GLP-1 advice.
- Small volumes, large sensitivity. A small dose drawn from a concentrated vial is a very small volume, and a syringe misread at that scale is proportionally large. Keeping concentration and syringe rating recorded together is what makes the reading reproducible week to week. See Units to mL.
- More steps to count. Tirzepatide schedules can run through more steps than many semaglutide schedules, so more of the timeline is spent at changing doses. The tracker counts weeks at each step you enter.

Why is my syringe reading different from someone else's at the same dose?
Because concentration and syringe rating both differ. The same milligram dose drawn from a differently reconstituted vial, or measured on a differently rated syringe, produces a different unit reading. Both are recorded per vial so yours stays consistent.
Can the tracker handle a six-step schedule?
Yes. Enter each step your prescriber gives you, and weeks at each step are counted from your entries rather than assumed.
Does it track more than one compound at a time?
Yes. Multiple active schedules are supported on Pro, and the free tier covers one. Compounds share a timeline, so switching or overlapping protocols stay in one readable record.
Is cost per dose really different at each step?
Yes, and this is one of the most commonly miscalculated figures. A vial that yields many doses at a low step yields far fewer at a high one, so cost per dose rises as you escalate even though the vial price has not changed.
What is the difference between this and the GLP-1 Dose Calculator?
The calculator solves one draw at a time with no account. This page is about the persistent record: the vial, the concentration, the dose history and what remains.
Does the app give dosing advice?
No. It performs arithmetic on numbers you supply and stores what you enter. It does not recommend a dose, a step, a schedule or a product, and it is not a substitute for a prescriber.
How is my data handled?
Your entries are stored in your account and encrypted in transit. We don't sell them. They're shared only with the service providers that run the app (listed on the Privacy page), and one administrator can access account data for support. Any account can export a full JSON copy at any time (CSV exports of your log, inventory and cost forecast are part of Pro) or request a copy, and you can delete your account from Settings; the few records kept after deletion are listed on the Privacy page.
