The vial math the tracker carries

Four numbers that a pen hides and a vial does not.

Concentration. Vial strength divided by the diluent volume you added. Every number downstream depends on it, and it changes if you reconstitute the next vial differently. Worked through in the GLP-1 Dose Calculator.
Draw volume. Your dose divided by the concentration, in mL — the figure that becomes a syringe reading.
Syringe units. Draw volume multiplied by the syringe's units-per-mL rating, which is the number you actually read off the barrel. A U-100 and a U-40 syringe give different readings for an identical dose. See mg to Units.
Doses remaining and expiry. A reconstituted vial has both a dose count and a discard window, and whichever comes first ends the vial. Both tracked via the Medication Storage Calculator.

Why does the concentration matter so much?

Because every subsequent number depends on it. The same dose drawn from two vials reconstituted with different diluent volumes gives two different syringe readings. The tracker stores concentration per vial so the readings stay correct across vials.

Can I track more than one vial at once?

Yes. Each vial carries its own reconstitution details, dose count and expiry window, and doses are attributed to the vial they came from.

What is the difference between this and the GLP-1 Dose Calculator?

The calculator answers a single question in the moment — what do I draw. This page is about the ongoing record: which doses were taken, from which vial, at what concentration, and what is left.

Does it handle U-100 and U-40 syringes?

Yes. Syringe calibration is part of the math throughout, because the same volume reads as a different number of units on differently rated syringes.

Does the tracker estimate blood levels?
