Who these Terms are with
Peptide Plug is operated by Nick Dillon. These Terms are between you and Nick Dillon, the operator of Peptide Plug at peptide-plug-app.com. Mailing address: Peptide Plug, 156 W. Michigan Ave, Unit #345, Jackson, MI 49201. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan. Organizational tool only
Peptide Plug records information and performs calculations from values supplied by the user. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend a substance or protocol, verify a product, or replace a licensed clinician or pharmacist.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Peptide Plug. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and will delete any such account we identify.
User responsibility
You are responsible for confirming all substances, concentrations, amounts, schedules, routes, dates and product instructions with qualified professionals. Do not rely on the app to make health decisions or respond to an emergency.
No product sales
Peptide Plug does not sell, dispense or source peptides, medications or research chemicals. References to compounds are provided for catalog organization and high-level regulatory context only.
Subscription and billing
Peptide Plug includes a Free plan that does not require a card. Peptide Plug Pro is billed monthly or annually as selected at upgrade; the subscription renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings, which opens Stripe's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which the account returns to the Free plan. Current prices are on the Pricing page. Refunds are given on request: if you're not happy with a charge, email us at peptideplugapp@gmail.com and we'll refund it.
Service availability
The service may change, experience interruptions or contain errors. Keep independent records and export backups regularly.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, facilitate unlawful sales, interfere with the service, access another person's data or upload malicious content.
Ownership
Peptide Plug and its software, design and content are owned by its operator. Your account data remains yours. Any account can download a full JSON backup from Settings at any time, Pro accounts can also export CSV files of their log, inventory and cost forecast, and any account can request a copy by emailing peptideplugapp@gmail.com.
Termination
Either party may terminate an account at any time. Peptide Plug may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access ends but you may request an export of your data beforehand.
Limitation of liability and disputes
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Peptide Plug is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Disputes will first be addressed informally by contacting support below. To the extent the law allows, Peptide Plug's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim or $50, whichever is more. Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, under Michigan law.
