Peptide Plug
Free Wegovy Tracker

Five steps, sixteen weeks, one log.

Wegovy has the longest labeled titration ladder of the common semaglutide products — five steps before a maintenance dose, each with a minimum interval. That is four months of counting weeks, which is precisely the kind of counting worth writing down.

Dose schedule projector

Enter your last injection date and current step. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.

Labeled titration steps

The manufacturer's labeled five-step schedule, built into the tracker as presets. Roughly sixteen weeks of escalation before the maintenance step, with at least 4 weeks at each.

What the tracker keeps

The escalation is long enough that memory stops being a reliable record.

  1. Which step, which weekYour position on the five-step ladder and how many weeks you have logged at it.
  2. Every injection dateIncluding the late ones and the missed ones, so the interval reflects reality.
  3. Site rotationLogged per injection with the previous site shown as you enter the next.
  4. Weight over timeOptional entries on the same timeline as your dose steps, so the two can be read together.

Why a five-step ladder is worth logging

The specific thing that goes wrong over sixteen weeks.

Tracking tool only — not medical advice. Peptide Plug records what you enter. It does not recommend a dose, decide when you should move between steps, or evaluate whether a medication is right for you. The steps shown are the manufacturer's labeled titration schedule, included so the tracker can offer them as presets — your prescriber sets your actual schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Peptide Plug affiliated with Wegovy or its manufacturer?
No. Peptide Plug is an independent tracking tool with no manufacturer affiliation. Wegovy is a registered trademark of its manufacturer, referenced only to describe compatibility. We do not sell or supply medication.
Does the tracker move me up the ladder automatically?
No. It shows the labeled next step and counts weeks at your current one from your entries. Moving between steps is a decision for you and your prescriber, and you record it when it happens.
What if I stay on a step longer than four weeks?
That is entirely normal and the tracker handles it. Weeks at a step are counted from your log, with no assumption that you advance on a fixed schedule.
Can I track weight without tracking every meal?
Yes. Weight entries are standalone and optional. Peptide Plug is a dose and protocol tracker, not a food diary, so there is nothing to log daily unless you want to.
What if I need to step back down?
Log the lower step as your current one. The ladder is not one-directional in the tracker, and your earlier history stays intact and visible.
Can I see an estimated level between injections?
The Half-Life Visualizer draws an estimated rise-and-fall curve from a pharmacokinetic model. It is an illustration of the model, not a measurement of your blood, and should be read that way.
Is my information private?
Yes. Data is stored in your account, encrypted in transit, never sold or shared with third parties, and exportable or deletable by you at any time.
Is the free tier enough?
For one active cycle, yes — including the full calculator set and the research library. Pro adds unlimited cycles, automated reorder and expiry alerts, custom catalog entries and full export.
