Why a five-step ladder is worth logging

The specific thing that goes wrong over sixteen weeks.

Week counting compounds. An error early in the ladder carries forward through every subsequent step. Counting from a written log instead of memory keeps step four honest about when step three actually started.
Each step has its own supply arithmetic. Doses per pen and run-out dates change at every one of the five steps, so a supply plan made at 0.25 mg is not the plan you need at 1.7 mg. The tracker recomputes at each logged step.
The maintenance step is not the end of tracking. Reaching 2.4 mg changes what you are tracking — from escalation to consistency — but not whether tracking is useful. The app keeps the same timeline running.

No. It shows the labeled next step and counts weeks at your current one from your entries. Moving between steps is a decision for you and your prescriber, and you record it when it happens.

What if I stay on a step longer than four weeks?

That is entirely normal and the tracker handles it. Weeks at a step are counted from your log, with no assumption that you advance on a fixed schedule.

Can I track weight without tracking every meal?

Yes. Weight entries are standalone and optional. Peptide Plug is a dose and protocol tracker, not a food diary, so there is nothing to log daily unless you want to.

What if I need to step back down?

Log the lower step as your current one. The ladder is not one-directional in the tracker, and your earlier history stays intact and visible.

Can I see an estimated level between injections?
