Peptide Plug
Free Ozempic Tracker

Ozempic doses, without the guesswork.

A once-weekly semaglutide pen is easy to use and surprisingly easy to lose track of — especially across a dose change, a pharmacy gap, or a week where the injection day moved. Peptide Plug keeps the record so you are not reconstructing it later.

Dose schedule projector

Enter your last injection date and current step. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.

Labeled titration steps

The manufacturer's labeled steps, built in as tracker presets. Each increase is described after at least 4 weeks at the current step.

What the log captures

Enough to answer any question a pen and a memory cannot.

  1. Injection date and stepLogged as it happened, so an interval that drifted stays visible instead of being averaged away.
  2. Pen in useWhich pen a dose came from, and how many doses that pen has left at your step.
  3. Site rotationSite per injection, with the last one shown when you enter the next.
  4. Weight and labsOptional entries on the same timeline as the injections.

Pens, doses and where the counting goes wrong

Pen arithmetic is the single most common source of confusion.

Tracking tool only — not medical advice. Peptide Plug records what you enter. It does not recommend a dose, decide when you should move between steps, or evaluate whether a medication is right for you. The steps shown are the manufacturer's labeled titration schedule, included so the tracker can offer them as presets — your prescriber sets your actual schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Peptide Plug affiliated with Ozempic or its manufacturer?
No. Peptide Plug is an independent tracking tool. Ozempic is a registered trademark of its manufacturer, referenced only to describe what the tracker works with. We do not sell, supply or distribute medication.
Can it tell me how many doses are left in my pen?
It shows the count based on what you enter — your step, your interval and your logged injections. It does not read the pen; the number reflects your own record.
What happens if I take a dose a few days late?
Log it on the actual date. Every projected date afterwards recalculates from that entry, so the schedule follows what really happened rather than an assumed weekly cadence.
Does the app decide when I move up a step?
No. It counts weeks at your current step from your entries and shows the next labeled step for reference. The decision belongs to you and your prescriber.
Can I keep notes about how a week went?
Yes. Any entry can carry free-text notes. The app stores them and shows them alongside the dose; it does not interpret them or draw conclusions from them.
Is this the same as the GLP-1 Dose Calculator?
No. The GLP-1 Dose Calculator handles reconstitution and draw-volume math for compounds supplied as a powder or vial. This page is about logging and scheduling a pen-delivered weekly injection. Many people use both.
How private is the data?
Entries are stored in your account, encrypted in transit, and never sold or shared. Full export and account deletion are both available to you at any time.
Do I need to pay to use this page?
No. The projector above and all linked calculators are free with no account. The tracker itself has a free tier, with Pro at $4.99/month for unlimited cycles and alerts.
