Free Estradiol & HRT Tracker
Patches, gel, tablets — one record.
Hormone therapy rarely stays in one format. People switch from oral to transdermal, change patch strength, add or adjust progesterone, and try a different interval — often several times in the first year. Peptide Plug keeps all of it on a single timeline, so the question “what were we doing in March, and how did it go?” has an answer.
Dose interval projector
Different formats run on very different schedules. Enter yours and see the next few dates. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.
What the tracker holds
HRT is a series of adjustments, and the adjustments are the part worth recording.
- Dose and formatPatch, gel, spray, tablet or injection, each with its own strength and interval — and a record of when you changed between them.
- Progesterone alongside itLogged on the same timeline rather than in a separate note, including cyclical and continuous patterns.
- Symptoms over timeOptional daily or weekly entries, so a change in how you feel can be read against when a dose actually changed.
- Labs when you have themEstradiol and any other marker you enter, plotted against the dose history rather than kept in a photo roll.
Why format changes are hard to track
Three things that make HRT records go fuzzy.
- Intervals are not comparable. A twice-weekly patch, a daily gel and a fortnightly injection produce completely different logs, and switching between them breaks any mental average you had built. Peptide Plug records the interval per format so the history stays readable across a switch.
- Adjustments are small and frequent. A strength change is easy to make and easy to forget, and by the third one the order of events is genuinely hard to recall. Dated entries preserve the sequence.
- Effects lag changes. What you notice in week six relates to a change made in week two. The only way to see that relationship is to have both on one timeline. The app displays them together; it does not interpret the relationship or draw conclusions from it.
Tracking tool only — not medical advice. Peptide Plug records what you enter and shows it back to you over time. It does not diagnose anything, does not recommend a dose or a formulation, and is not a substitute for a clinician who knows your history.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Peptide Plug prescribe or supply hormone therapy?
No. It is a tracking and organisation tool only. We do not prescribe, sell, source or supply anything, and we do not link to vendors.
Can it handle patches, gel and injections in one record?
Yes. Each format carries its own strength and interval, and switching between them is recorded as a dated change rather than a new record. Your earlier history stays intact.
Does it track progesterone as well as estradiol?
Yes. Both sit on the same timeline, including cyclical patterns where progesterone is taken for part of the month rather than continuously.
Can I log symptoms without logging them every day?
Yes. Symptom entries are optional and can be as frequent or infrequent as you like. Some people log weekly, some only around a dose change, and the tracker does not nag about gaps.
Will it tell me whether my dose is right?
No, and it deliberately does not try. It shows you what you recorded and when. Whether a dose or format suits you is a conversation for you and your clinician, and the export exists to make that conversation easier.
Can I bring the record to an appointment?
Yes. Pro accounts export the full history as JSON or CSV. A dated record of what changed and when is usually more useful than trying to reconstruct a year verbally.
Is this only for menopause and perimenopause?
The tracker records doses, formats, intervals, symptoms and labs — it does not ask why you are taking something, and it works the same regardless. Nothing about your reason for tracking is required or stored.
Is my data private?
Yes. It is stored in your account, encrypted in transit, and never sold or shared with third parties. You can export it in full or delete your account entirely at any time.
