Free Split Dose Calculator

One total, several shots.

Some protocols split a larger total dose across two or more smaller injections — spread across different sites, or through the day or week. Enter your total and see the per-injection amount, draw volume and syringe units.

Split dose calculator

A one-off calculation — nothing here is saved or sent anywhere.

How to Use This Calculator

Split first, then optionally add concentration for the full draw math.

  1. Enter your total doseThe full amount you're splitting — not the per-injection amount.
  2. Choose how many injections to split it acrossTap a preset or type your own number — anywhere from 2 to as many as your protocol calls for.
  3. Optionally add your concentrationIf you know your mg/mL concentration, the tool also shows draw volume and syringe units for each individual injection.
  4. Read your per-injection amountEach split injection's dose, and (if concentration was entered) exactly what to draw for each one.

How the Math Works

Simple division, with the same reconstitution math applied per split if a concentration is provided.

Estimate only — not medical advice. This tool divides a total dose you enter — it does not recommend whether splitting a dose is appropriate, how many injections to split it across, or which sites to use. Those are decisions for you and your prescriber based on your specific protocol.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why would someone split a dose into multiple injections?
Common reasons include reducing the volume injected at any one site, spreading injections across different sites to support rotation, or matching a specific frequency a prescriber has recommended — but the decision to split a dose is protocol-specific and not something this calculator determines.
Does splitting a dose change the total amount I receive?
No — this calculator keeps your total dose fixed and only changes how it's divided. The sum of all the split injections always equals your original total.
Can I split a dose unevenly, like 60/40 instead of 50/50?
This calculator assumes an even split across however many injections you specify. For an uneven split, calculate each portion as its own percentage of the total separately (e.g. 60% and 40% of your total dose).
Why is my per-injection number not a round figure?
Totals don't always divide evenly by a chosen split count. A non-round per-injection amount (like 166.7mcg for 500mcg split three ways) is mathematically correct — whether to round to a cleaner number is worth discussing with your prescriber if precision at that level matters for your protocol.
Do I need to enter a concentration?
Only if you want the draw volume and syringe units calculated too. Without it, the tool still shows the per-injection dose amount in mg or mcg.
Is this the same as the TRT Dose Calculator?
The TRT Dose Calculator is built specifically around a weekly-total framing with preset frequency options for testosterone protocols. This tool is a more general-purpose splitter for any total dose and any number of injections.
Can I use this for a peptide blend?
This tool assumes a single concentration for the whole solution. For a blend with multiple compounds at different concentrations, use the Peptide Blend Calculator instead.
Does this tool save or send my numbers anywhere?
No — everything runs locally in your browser. To track your actual dose history over time, see the full Peptide Plug app.
