Every Page, Explained
A closer look at what's on each page, in the order they appear in the nav.
Dashboard
Stat row. Today's Progress, Adherence (30 days), Active Cycles, Next Dose, Cost / Dose and Logging Streak — a snapshot of where things stand right now.
Estimated in Your System. A half-life based decay estimate for any compound you've logged doses for. Use the chip picker to compare as many available compounds as you want. Pick 2 and you get a dual-axis chart with real mcg-equivalent numbers; with 3 or more, the chart switches to percent-of-peak so all lines remain readable. This is an estimate, not a blood level.
Today's schedule. Every dose due today, grouped by time of day, with one tap to mark it done.
Weight Trend. Your logged weight over time, with total change and lb/week average since your first entry. Any active cycle during that window shows as a small tag below the chart.
Daily Check-in. Quick 1–5 ratings for whichever wellness markers you've chosen in Settings (Energy, Sleep, Mood and others — pick up to 8).
Blood Work Over Time. A chart of any lab values you've logged, so you can see a marker move alongside your protocol.
Response Signals. Automatically-surfaced patterns from your own entries (for example, a side effect that keeps showing up after a specific dose). Observations only — never a diagnosis or proof of cause.
Alerts. Low stock, vials nearing their discard date, and data-quality nudges (like a cycle with no matching inventory item) all surface here automatically.
Track
Active Cycles. Your day-by-day log. Pick a date to see everything scheduled, tap a dose to log its injection site, side effects and notes. The Site Rotation panel suggests your next injection site based on what you've used recently. Administration History below it is searchable and filterable by peptide, site or date range — entries logged with "No reaction / normal" show as a calm green pill rather than a warning, and any dose tied to a cycle you've since removed is tucked into its own "Removed cycles" filter instead of cluttering the main list. When a cycle finishes, its card gets a downloadable completion summary automatically.
Calendar. A month view of every scheduled and logged dose, so you can see adherence at a glance.
Progress. Track measurements, overlay progress data with peptide levels and bloodwork, and upload progress photos. Free plan stores 3 photos; Pro is unlimited.
Levels. The same half-life decay estimate as the Dashboard panel, but every compound gets its own full card here — peak, trough and 7-day average included. Check the box on any 2+ cards and hit Compare Selected to overlay them on one chart. Blends are split automatically using your vial's per-compound mg breakdown, so a blend's components show up as their own separate, correctly-dosed cards rather than one blurred-together estimate.
Labs. Log your own lab values over time and chart how they move.
Plan
Cycle Builder. Where you create and edit cycles — set a fixed dose or a titration schedule that steps up or down on specific dates, mark it as a blend to enter multiple compounds in one vial, and set your dates, frequency and route. The All Cycles list below shows everything you've built, with a Duplicate/Renew button for starting a new round of an existing protocol, and a ☑ Bulk Edit icon on each card that opens a dedicated screen for tweaking a schedule, marking a whole date range as taken in one action, and fine-tuning individual days — useful for backfilling history without a CSV.
Calculator. A standalone reconstitution and dose calculator for one-time conversions — vial strength, dilution, and a few different math modes depending on what you already know (concentration from a vial and water amount, dose-to-draw, or a weekly total split across a chosen frequency). Send a result straight to Cycle Builder if you want to turn it into a schedule.
Catalog
Peptides. Over 100 built-in reference compounds, grouped into categories (GLP-1, GH secretagogues, healing/recovery, and others) with a color assigned to each category — the same colors show up on your charts. Add or rename your own entries here too; built-in compounds can be renamed but not deleted, since they're restored automatically if ever missing.
Inventory. Track remaining stock per compound, container count and a low-stock alert threshold. Mixed vials get their own tracking with mixed and discard dates, so expiring stock shows up in your Dashboard alerts before it's a problem.
Mobile compact lists. On phones, large tables collapse to the most useful fields so you can scan many records quickly. Tap any compact row to expand the full details and actions.
Settings
Appearance. Switch between dark and light theme. Applies immediately and is remembered on this device.
Calculator Defaults. Your syringe's units per mL and a default low-stock threshold, used to pre-fill new entries.
Dose Reminders. Phone notifications for exact Clock Times and your saved Morning, Afternoon, Evening, or Night defaults. Once enabled, reminders can arrive while Peptide Plug is closed.
Daily check-in markers. Choose which subjective wellness markers appear in your Dashboard and Daily Log check-ins, up to 8.
Connected Health. Choose the objective health metrics you want ready for future Apple Health and Android Health Connect syncing. Manual and CSV health tracking works now.
Account & data. Export a CSV or full backup, manage billing, or contact support.

Cycle spend card. The Dashboard shows what your current cycles have cost so far (cost per dose × doses you logged as taken) and the projected remaining spend, with a small weekly chart: the last 4 weeks logged and the next 4 weeks projected. It uses the same vial size and price you entered in Cycle Builder, and the same figures as Cost Forecast.
Taken, Skip and Missed. Each scheduled dose on the Dashboard has Taken, Skip and Missed buttons, and an Undo button after you mark it. Taken works exactly like checking a dose off, including the inventory deduction for today's doses. Undo reverses only that mark, and puts back any inventory amount a Taken tap removed.
How adherence is counted. Adherence = taken ÷ (taken + skipped + missed) for scheduled doses in the range. Doses you mark Missed, and past scheduled doses that were never marked, count as missed. Doses due today or later that you haven't marked yet are pending and are not counted.
Provider report (PDF). Choose a date range and download a PDF of what you logged: adherence, doses taken by compound, active compounds, and lab values in that range. The PDF is created on your device and nothing is uploaded. Pro adds an itemized dose-by-dose log. Each page notes: “This is a personal record of logged entries, not medical advice or a dose recommendation.”
